Our sophisticated optimization algorithm rapidly evaluated thousands of potential design configurations within moments, pinpointing the ideal layout to maximize the number of residential units while maintaining a precise balance of functionality, regulatory compliance, and spatial efficiency.
Utilizing Nidus’ intuitive platform, we seamlessly uploaded essential project data—plot layouts, buildable footprints, and structural axes—and efficiently fine-tuned regulatory parameters and specific design criteria. The AI-powered system provided multiple optimized layouts, ranked by efficiency and compliance scores, facilitating swift and informed decision-making.
