Our sophisticated optimization algorithms rapidly tested thousands of layout configurations within moments, meticulously identifying the optimal solution to maximize dwelling density, achieve the desired unit mix, and comply fully with all regulatory requirements.
Our user-friendly interface streamlined the process by enabling swift uploads of essential CAD data (including plot boundaries, buildable footprints, and building axes) and intuitive adjustments to project specifications and regulatory constraints. The generative AI produced numerous ranked design solutions instantly, empowering our team to select the most effective layout swiftly. The final chosen solution comprises three buildings, expertly configured to accommodate 916 rooms.
